I love movement and what the human body is capable of achieving. I believe that anybody can own and improve the quality of movement in their own bodies.
I prefer calisthenics and functional movement pattern work. Training should be fun and fresh, and keep you motivated. My goal as a trainer is to progress my clients from simple to complex movement while increasing stability, strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination, and power.
